Spread mixture on baking sheet and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes. Granola should be loose and dry when done.
Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Use whatever combination of nuts and seeds that you like, as long as the total quantity is about 2 ½ cups. For nut options, try walnuts, Brazilnuts, pine nuts, etc. Add dried fruit if that suits your fancy!
