Cold-Brewed Coffee Ice Cube Latte
Why pay for expensive iced coffee drinks at coffeehouses when you can make them more affordably in your own home whenever you want?

filtered room temperature water
(or use soy or almond milk for dairy-free options)
In a French Press carafe or large enough bottle, combine coffee and water. Stir.
Cover and let sit at room temperature or in the fridge for 12-18 hours.
Pour the coffee into another bottle or measuring cup through a coffee filter or cheesecloth to catch any coffee grounds.
Fill an ice cube tray with the cold brew coffee and freeze until cubes are set. Repeat with remaining coffee, storing the frozen cubes in a zip top bag until ready to use.
When making a glass of iced coffee, fill a glass with coffee ice cubes and add milk.
